Carpool, Dine and Save on Gas and Wine

Carpool with a group of four or more, dine in our Cucina for one of our July events and save on wine.  This special is only good for the day your party dines in the Cucina.  We encourage carpooling for fun and economy.  Reservations requested:  503-852-0002.

Join us for lunch on Saturdays & Sundays.  Our menu changes weekly to feature seasonal produce from our own garden.  Suggested wine pairings are also provided.  Lunch is served from 11-3 pm.  Please call 503-852-0002 for reservations.

Cucina 

Lisa’s philosophy was shaped at a young age. Family meals were long and spiked with lively conversation. “My mother was a fabulous cook and long before it was fashionable, cooked with the seasons.  I remember taking family drives to orchards for apples and stopping at farm stands for beefsteak tomatoes and fresh peaches. My father would stop by the docks for fresh seafood and the neighborhood kosher butcher for meat. Without knowing it at the time, the foundation for my style of cooking was being shaped.”

At Cana’s Feast Winery, Resident Chef Lisa Lanxon lets the season and local ingredients inspire her menus of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. Her approach is to source the best products available and prepare them with an Italian sensibility, highlighting them with pure flavors to let their character shine. The Cucina is a scratch kitchen where everything is made by hand, from bread and pasta to chutneys and jams. “It is the only way I know how to cook.”

In the summer, the Enoteca menu is driven by what is ripe at the moment in the winery garden. The garden is planted and worked by master gardener Brittney Deming. “It is a privilege to work with someone as passionate about their work as Brittney.  She is committed to organic gardening and works tirelessly to make sure our garden is as pure as it can be.  I love to arrive early in the morning, walk down to the garden and chat with Brittney about which vegetables are ready to harvest and make their way onto the menu.”  

Enoteca at Cana’s Feast Winery

Dinner at Cana's Feast Winery

Cana’s Feast Winery offers formal coursed dinners and less formal shared-table dinners. The formal, coursed dinner features customized menus served in courses. It lends itself nicely to a wedding rehearsal dinner or formal family occasion as well as a business dinner for awards or retirement.  The Shared-Table Dinner series runs March through October.  At a shared table, diners enjoy a family-style dinner with food served on platters. This is a great way to celebrate special occasions with the family or to enjoy a group reunion.

Each year, we invite our club members to join us for some very well-received dinner events such as winemaking and regional Italian dinners. Our winery is also available for special occasions.  It is a great place for birthday, anniversary or holiday parties, wedding rehearsals, and business events.
